Who is Vantage and why do we do what we do?

At Vantage Vapes, we procure and sell the highest quality vape supplies in the Okanagan. Through our carefully vetted network of manufacturers, we can provide you with the best selection of premium vape supplies. We source out our products from a wide variety of suppliers, and do our best to hunt down the best prices while never sacrificing quality, and then we pass those savings on to you, the customer.

1How is my order shipped to me?

We ensure that every package we ship is handled with care. Every measure is taken so that your purchase and privacy are protected. We use secure and discreet Xpresspost mailers.

2Can I talk to a live customer representative?

If you catch us at the right time! We're busy running the shop more often than not, so your best bet for support is to email us at info@vantagevape.com.

3How do I cancel, edit, or add to my order?

To edit or add to an existing order, you will need to create a new order with us. We will then cancel the original order. To make these changes, email us at info@vantagevape.com with the order number you want canceled. Your order will only be canceled or edited if it hasn’t been shipped yet.

4Can I place an order if I live outside of Canada?

We currently only ship to addresses within Canada.

5Do you have a return policy?

We do! We stand behind our products 100%. If you find any faults within your product, we will replace it for you free of charge.
